Kathy Russo is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor trained in the Saraswati River Yoga method, and has been teaching since 2006. She was apprenticed by the incredible teachers at SRY, and deeply inspired by Parvathi Nanda Nath, the founder of SRY. She’s been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. Her gentle, yet invigorating Vinyasa (flow) style of yoga, as well as breathing techniques and meditation, weave a beautiful and complete practice. The benefits include increased strength, flexibility and an overall feeling of well-being.
Meredith received her 200 hours Yoga Alliance teacher training and specializes in a dynamic Vinyasa-based flow that incorporates intelligent sequencing to build whole-body strength and encourage deeper flexibility. She began teaching workshops and creating “custom yoga” for private clients. Currently Meredith specializes in yoga for athletes, training elite high school and Division 1 Lacrosse teams. She recently received an additional 60 hours of Rocket Yoga, and Ashtanga-based dynamic workout. Her flows are unique and custom-made for all levels and abilities. “I love helping new and skilled practitioners find more control, balance, and power in their poses.” Meredith creates highly energetic, fun flows based on her clients wants and needs. Mimi Vassilev-Baker, has been a licensed Acupuncturist since 1999. After 18 years of private practice in Princeton NJ, Mimi is excited to finally offer her expertise in Acupuncture at HOPE WELLBEING. Acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities, such as the use of Herbology, Cupping, and Nutrition, aim to treat the root cause of many health imbalances. Hope Wellbeing will offer private Acupuncture services, as well as more affordable treatments done in a group setting, known as “Community Acupuncture”. Mimi is especially dedicated to treating pain and women's health disorders, including infertility, painful periods, migraines and menopausal symptoms. She often treats adults and children for insomnia, allergies, GI disorders and immune support.
